Someone I'm acquainted online has a pet cat who recently gave birth to a litter of kittens (actually only two, and one didn't survive the birth)!

Apparently they didn't even realise she was pregnant. They thought she just gained weight. And according to her the birth was so tough (cos the mommy cat was quite a kid still) that they had to give it a pull or sth. Aren't they lovely! But dunno who's the father though...

First pic: during pregnancy, prior to birth. The owner said the way she curled was different from the usual way she slept.

Look at the little thing... She's white! With a spot of black on the ear! The dad must be a beauty too...

Nicholas from our senior class told me about this massive 7a gathering that they are planning. He asked me to tell you guys about it so here goes. It's gonna be "during the 2nd half of december" and they will get 04 people down as well. sounds like a lot of fun and moreover there isn't any excuse not to go because there won't be anything else to do anyway. So please share your thoughts/suggestions/comments through this blog, or nick, whatever.

And so yeah. I guess i kinda should post photos or something. I hate to be the one to break the streak. But unfortunately, I don't own a camera anymore. I lent mine to my sister to bring to maf last year and i haven't seen it ever since. I think chang-e stole it. Either her or santa claus. Where else do you think santa gets his supply of presents from? The way I see it, he takes the entire year between every christmas and the next to loot unsuspecting kids. Then he'll resell the stuff on ebay then use the money to buy beer. That's why he's so fat and that's also why i haven't received any present from him before.

I was flipping through the year book when I caught sight of a something that amused me. It was the funniest name I've seen. Apparently there is this guy called chang-j. I was like, man ,what kind of messed up names these parents think of nowadays. The last time i fell off a chair because of a name was because of jedi. But chang-j redefines weirdness. Totally. What, was he like chang-e's brother or something? Because the last time I checked, chang-e is totally hot and stranded on the moon. Several theories immediately started swimming in my mind. Perhaps his given name is chang and his surname is j. Or maybe he's chang-e's brother and his dad is gay. Yeah that must be it.

Oh yeah I apologize about sidetracking. Back to topic. Please tell us if you think the get-together in december is a good idea. We'll probably have another major one of our own, but its not everyday we get to meet seniors and their seniors all at once. Plus those poor dudes need us to spread out the costs.

Funny how the word change is in the name chang-e. Normally you would add the prefix e- to words to indicate a sense of electronization (I made up that word) or to just add a level of general awesomeness to things so dull you wouldn't look at twice. That was one decade ago. Now we're into the prefix i-. Think ipods, imacs, iraq, ipoh, i-[insert apple crap], idiot, and so on. The i- prefix is totally over-used and overrated. I think that's one reason why US and iraq are at war. I think steve jobs is behind it. It's kinda like trademark copyright military lawsuit fought under the cover of a war against WMDs under the cover of a war for oil under the cover of a war against terrorism. Yeah, and by the way, Steve Jobs was coincidentally the mastermind behind the september 11 attacks, according to groundbreaking research I have conducted using state-of-the-art research facilities like google.com over the past 2 hours. But I must say steve isn't such a bad guy.. at least he created jobs, which keep people happy and not gates which keep people out. Yeah, so looping back to the original topic, chang-e should rename to chang-i to keep up with times. Oh wait, changi already exists, yeah she's a beach. (bitch, for the slower ones amongst you, like you)

Yeah so i'm like wasting 2 minutes of your time. That's some achievement. I don't even know why I'm writing this. I guess I'm that bored. It's like to make up for the lack of funny pictures that I should put up some totally unfunny writing. My sense of humor says that when your time gets wasted and i get to laugh at you, it's funny, and humor is achieved.

So I got totally drunked. I think the alcohol is getting to my brain. Actually I don't actually know if I drank any liquor. It's just that i woke up this morning and found the floor full with empty beer cans and my head with such an headache I don't know what to make of it. But it must have been me drinking since there wasn't anyone else around. However I wanted to be sure so I did a quick medical checkup on my liver. It was pretty tough pulling it out through my rectal cavity and after playing around with it for some time I realize it was doing fine. The liver did everything it should, like homestasis and play catch and bounce like a basketball and stuff. You know, the usual liver kinda activities.

I think I'm making up for the lack of a channel of expression because I don't have a blog. Well actually I had one until it was hacked. I woke this one day to find my blog totally vandalized. I was pretty upset. Tech-savvy guys tend to pick on me because I know nothing about computers. Sometimes I get worked up enough to hire some guy to hack them back. Since I didn't know where to find computer hackers, actually I do, but anyway, I hired the tin woodman. Man, talk about restoring the conventional definition of hacking. Anyway John the ripper came back to ask for payment, with proof of having completed the job. He brought back pieces of bloody remnants of "the blog" sealed in ziploc, and also a picture of it when it was alive. It was the cutest puppy I have ever seen. Well that taught me not to hire a hacker with a hearing problem. I meant blog not dog, for god's sake.

I could go on forever but I guess I'm kinda tired. Oh yeah, please take a minute to indicate whether you think the chalet is a good idea. They want to see how many people are interest before they bring the planning to the next phase.

Hi everyone. Did a little something for you guys, hope you like it. Remarkably, Yun Le's handwriting looks nice. For once. Yang Le's looks like Monotype Corsiva. Bihan's looks like some signature they use for a Citibank advertisement or something. :). Most of it was taken from your last chem prac. XD. You have to click on it to open it in a new window. It's animated.

Some names are blurred because *mumbles inaudibly about the whole process of editing* and it's difficult to edit. The names appear rather slowly because it's in time with the music. We're gonna use this in the graduation video.

Hello s7a(: Carm here. I shall blog a little about what I think about the class too! Recently I wrote in my blog that mugging has made me tired/reclusive/less enthu, but that throughout all this, I still have to remember about my friends. So yes, before I really become a horrible unsociable person, let me say a few things before I forget.

I still stand by my view that we are a really diverse group of people in more ways than one, in terms of personalities/characters, aims/goals and preferences. Well, we still survived one and a half years together, didn't we? :D there were many instances where we bonded together as a class towards a common thing, be it having the same feelings towards a certain *ahem* teacher, or being very quiet and unresponsive during tutorials (much to the exasperation of our poor teachers :p) I regret that I haven't been doing much as an ACT rep to bond the class together, being busy with council for the past year xD

I've realised that our class has quite a number of interesting people. Like how Michelle is Vincent Ng's shi1 mei4; Weiqi and her unique drawings; Justin being super zai in H1 Geog (and I just realised that he takes H3 Physics!) :o wish I had gotten to know some of you a little better!

We also have lots of people who were ex-classmates: Cass&Lemon, Yukyee&myself, Danqing&Yangle&Shuying, Siowyi&Bihan, Wenchi&Weiqi, Kayiu&Justin, Melissa&Lisa, Melissa&Siowyi (German), etc. So coincidental, huh?

Dear all. This is a simple entry, no bombastic words, just pure emotion. I have been feeling this impending sense of inevitable separation lately, so I thought I'd share my sentiments with those of you who read this blog. Very quickly, a year and a half has passed. That's nearly the amount of time we've spent together as a class. Our class is unique because it's the "rojak" class, the class where people with different subject combinations are stuffed together. It is sheer coincidence, or fate (or bad Karma for some people) that has brought us together.

Nowadays, some might think that I'm acting rather unusually, being especially (unnecessarily) nice. I'm not being fake, it's against my principles to be fake. I just think that, even though we're all preparing for a big exam, we shouldn't forget to circulate some warmth in this environment, especially since it's our last few months together. As we approach the end of our time in Hwachong, personally, I feel that I really should treasure whatever remaining time I have with you guys and I want to have sweet memories of Hwachong.I'd also like to take this chance to apologise for being rude at times,or maybe all the time when my graded potential reaches threshold.

Let's face it. After this year, we'll all be moving on with our own lives, and there'll be little time for us to get together and reminisce about the time we spent together trying to keep awake during SOME lesson, little details like that.Some of us might never see each other again and I sincerely do feel sad about it.People whom I shared weal and woe with for one year ie Lemon, Yun Le and Justin *cough cough*. hey guys, we aren't exactly close friends but I do think you 2 are super cool and enjoy your company no matter how stone-d you are. Lemon, well, 4 years in the same class, what can I say. We always share the same NY-GEP allusions because nobody else will know what we're referring to haha. hopefully we'll remember each other enough to recognise each other on the street and exchange a few words about fishballs or something. ;).Siowyi and Carmen, my rainbow and my sunshine. Really glad to have met you 2 in Hwach, you both reined me in from the precipice of blind cynicism and selfishness, the POINT OF NO RETURN. haha.My friends in class whom I share some common interests with, Mel,Lisa, Yang Le, DQ, Shuying, Qi & Qi,Junyan, Geok Han,Aimei, Lynette. Yayy 7A girls are strong! We completed our 2.4km run even though it started raining halfway through -.- 3 cheers for us :D:D:D next time we can tell our grandchildren: "Do you know that your grandmother's last 2.4km run for NAPFA in her whole school life was spent in the rain?" quite a cool first experience, eh? LOL. Oh and I think we won't be doing 5 stations next week xD bcos next Tues = Labour Day! Unless they become so evil that they reschedule it or sth (which I doubt ahaha).

So yes, jiayouu for everything! Don't mug too hard! On a sidenote, Kai Shyang (our senior) has a younger brother in J1 now, and he's in council! His name is Jun Shyang, omg same unique spelling :D realllyyyy looks like him but not as scary (whoops lol sorry!). Do look out for him one of these days(:

A recent scientific inquiry into Santa Claus revealed the following.

1) No known species of reindeer can fly. BUT there are 300,000 species of living organisms yet to be classified, and while most of these are insects and germs, this does not COMPLETELY rule out flying reindeer which only Santa has ever seen.

2) There are 2 billion children (persons under 18) in the world. BUT since Santa doesn't (appear) to handle the Muslim, Hindu, Jewish and Buddhist children, that reduces the workload to to 15% of the total - 378 million according to Population Reference Bureau. At an average (census) rate of 3.5 children per household, that's 91.8 million homes. One presumes there's at least one good child in each.

3) Santa has 31 hours of Christmas to work with, thanks to the different time zones and the rotation of the earth, assuming he travels east to west (which seems logical). This works out to 822.6 visits per second. This is to say that for each Christian household with good children, Santa has 1/1000th of a second to park, hop out of the sleigh, jump down the chimney, fill the stockings, distribute the remaining presents under the tree, eat whatever snacks have been left, get back up the chimney, get back into the sleigh and move on to the next house. Assuming that each of these 91.8 million stops are evenly distributed around the earth (which, of course, we know to be false but for the purposes of our calculations we will accept), we are now talking about. .78 miles per household, a total trip of 75-1/2 million miles, not counting stops to do what most of us must do at least once every 31 hours, plus feeding and etc. This means that Santa's sleigh is moving at 650 miles per second, 3,000 times the speed of sound. For purposes of comparison, the fastest man- made vehicle on earth, the Ulysses space probe, moves at a poky 27.4 miles per second - a conventional reindeer can run, tops, 15 miles per hour.

4) The payload on the sleigh adds another interesting element. Assuming that each child gets nothing more than a medium-sized Lego set (2 pounds), the sleigh is carrying 321,300 tons, not counting Santa, who is invariably described as overweight. On land, conventional reindeer can pull no more than 300 pounds. Even granting that "flying reindeer" (see point #1) could pull TEN TIMES the normal amount, we cannot do the job with eight, or even nine. We need 214,200 reindeer. This increases the payload - not even counting the weight of the sleigh - to 353,430 tons. Again, for comparison - this is four times the weight of the Queen Elizabeth.

5) 353,000 tons travelling at 650 miles per second creates enormous air resistance - this will heat the reindeer up in the same fashion as spacecrafts re-entering the earth's atmosphere. The lead pair of reindeer will absorb 14.3 QUINTILLION joules of energy. Per second. Each. In short, they will burst into flame almost instantaneously, exposing the reindeer behind them, and create deafening sonic booms in their wake. The entire reindeer team will be vaporized within 4.26 thousandths of a second. Santa, meanwhile, will be subjected to centrifugal forces 17,500.06 times greater than gravity. A 250-pound Santa (which seems ludicrously slim) would be pinned to the back of his sleigh by 4,315,015 pounds of force.

In conclusion - If Santa ever DID deliver presents on Christmas Eve, he's dead now.
